Last two hours
are spent reflecting on your experience and learning during this intensive therapy as well as how these can be taken forward in life.
✔ Getting to know your history to understand the cause of the difficulties and working towards long lasting positive changes in your life.

✔ Gaining clarity what is helpful and what is not, so the most suitable solutions can be found to your individual needs.

✔ Re-evaluating your strengths and resources to enhance motivation and confidence to take actions towards the changes your hope to achieve.

✔ Doing some homework between the sessions to aid and speed up your healing and/or progress towards your goals.

✔ Reflecting and reviewing your sessions to ensure that you are moving in a right direction.

This can be done from a chair, and you get to decide the intensity of the movements. You can choose not to have yoga incorporated into your sessions.
