I offer all my services online only.

The benefits of online sessions include: saving money and time on travelling/parking, more flexibility when rescheduling sessions, inclusivity for the physically disabled, being in the comfort of your own home or in any geographical location with internet connection, access to therapy may be quicker.

Online therapy is also known as teletherapy, virtual therapy, e-therapy, technology-assisted therapy, and telehealth.

My online work takes place via Internet. I currently use Google Meet platform and I also use a Web camera to meet with my clients.

I provide workshops, Yoga and hoarding sessions online.

My experience is that many clients find online therapy as effective as face-to-face therapy sessions.

Research also supports it.

✔ Commitment to provide a safe, confidential and accepting environment, so you can talk freely about your concerns.

✔ Ask questions and listen in a supportive and non-judgemental way, so you can better understand yourself, your situation and problems.

✔ Offer psychological explanations, teach new techniques, and strategies to enable you to ease your path to success.

✔ Encourage and support you to be active in the therapy process (ask questions and express yourself) and complete homework (reflect on our sessions and put learning into practice) between the sessions.

✔ Attend sessions regularly because consistency and commitment are important for progress.

✔ Remain honest and active, both during and between therapeutic sessions. It can help to identify what is useful as well as those aspects that you find difficult or unhelpful.

✔ Have willingness to be responsible for your actions, work towards change and increase self-awareness.

All the sessions are confidential.

However, I am legally obliged to break confidentiality in some rare situations. We can discuss this further in our initial session.

Session Costs:

• Counselling and Psychotherapy – £80 per 50-minute session
• Kundalini Yoga, EFT, Tidying Support, and Workshops/Webinars – £50 per 50-minute session

The sessions are paid for in advance.

Regular reviews will enable you to realise how close you are to your desired outcome, so you can decide when to end therapy.

Please note that therapy has to be ended safely, which means that the ending is best to be planned.
